Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Summary
You can cancel your WIRE subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. WIRE offers free trials so you can evaluate paid plans before being charged. Because of the nature of the service, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as described below.
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans for the WIRE platform ("the Service") operated by WIREX TRADE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202609089W). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you may use the relevant paid features for the stated trial period at no charge. Many trials do not require a card up front.
- If no payment method is required, your access simply ends when the trial expires unless you choose to subscribe.
- If a payment method is provided, you will only be charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any point during a trial to avoid being charged.
We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.
3. Billing & Renewals
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- The price and billing frequency are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
- We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancel from your account billing page or via the customer portal at any time.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
- After the current period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period (see Section 5).
5. Refund Eligibility
Because the Service provides immediate, ongoing access to software and digital features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. We provide free trials specifically so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
However, we may issue a refund, at our discretion, in cases such as:
- You were charged due to a clear technical or billing error on our side (for example, a duplicate charge).
- You were charged after cancelling, in error.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing question, please contact us with the email address on your account and details of the charge (date and amount). We aim to respond to billing enquiries promptly and will let you know the outcome of your request.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — this is usually the fastest route. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website and revise the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will take effect for billing periods beginning after the change.
